(2).Thestrongpressureonthematerialcausesplasticdeformationofthematerial,whichwillleadtoalargerpunchingsize.Whenthestrongpressureisreduced,thepunchingsizewillbecomesmaller. (3).Theshapeoftheendofthepunchedge.Iftheendportionischamferedorcurved,thepunchingforceislesslikelytocauseturningandtwistingduetotheslowingofthepunchingforce,andtherefore,thepunchingsizewillbecomelarger.Whentheendofthepunchisflat(nobevelorarc),thepunchsizewillberelativelysmall. 8.Methodforsuppressingtheturningandtwistingofstampingparts (1).Reasonablemolddesign.Intheprogressivedie,thearrangementoftheblankingsequencemayaffecttheaccuracyoftheformingofthestamping.Fortheblankingofthesmallpartsofthestampingparts,generally,alargeareaofpunchingandcuttingisarranged,andthenasmallareaofpunchingandcuttingisarrangedtoreducetheinfluenceofthepunchingforceontheformingofthestampingparts.
